TAP Editor 1.6

This program helps you decode and edit TAP files of all versions. The editor does not only decode and edit TAP files content, it can also re-encode them to their initial ASN.1 BER format when you are done with the changes you wanted to apply to the files. It recalculates the total values in audit control when it decodes or re-encodes a file that has been modified. The mismatch between the decoded and recalculated values is reported.
